Before we start with this restoration, take the time to go through this page thoroughly.

It’s Important that you do not ignore any one of these stages and carry out everything in the sequence suggested underneath.

Please make sure you carry out every part until given the all clear by me, even if your symptoms seem to have ceased. The lack of any signs or symptoms doesn’t guarantee your current problem has disappeared.

Make sure you comply with the instructions accurately and don’t attempt to resolve this with out my direction, neither should you operate any similar fix applications except when requested by myself or an alternative administrator from this specific discussion forum.

1. Download Reimage from the link beneath:

-> Reimage Download

(Click the hyperlink above and you should see a download box display like the one below. Then either click ‘Run’ or you can save it and double-click it from your system.)

2. As soon as Reimage has opened it should initiate a diagnostic scan . (You’ll see something very similar to the monitor shot directly below )

3. As soon as the diagnostic scan is done, simply click Repair (The cleanup can take a little while, simply let it do it’s job.)

4. When the fix is finished, reboot your PC etc. (See beneath.)

Let me know what happens…

2. Install and load Driver Detective. It will ask if you would like to scan your machine, click the ‘Scan’ button in the software. Once it is finished, it will show you the findings of the scan; click ‘Next’ and follow the instructions to complete the repair. More descriptive guidelines are found here.

3. As soon as the program has concluded, it’s best to restart your computer.

Make sure you post in this thread with your end results!

This should make sure your machine always has the most up-to-date security upgrades. If there are new revisions to install, install them straight away, reboot your pc, and revisit here until there aren’t any more important updates.

1. Please download Reimage from the link below:

-> Reimage Download

(Click on the weblink just above and you should see a download box pop up like the image below. Then either click on ‘Run’ or save it and double-click it from your desktop computer.)

2. Once Reimage has opened it will initiate a diagnostic scan . (You will see a window similar to the screen shot directly below )

3. When the diagnostic scan is finished, click on Repair/Fix (The repair can take a little while, simply just let it do it’s job.)

4. Once the repair is completed, restart your computer etc. (See below.)

Just before we start with your repair, you should read through this article entirely.

Its Really important you don’t ignore some of these steps and complete every step in the order shown underneath.

Make certain you execute every part until given the all clear by myself, even if your problems seem to have stopped. The lack of any signs or symptoms doesn’t guarantee your current issue has disappeared.

Make sure you adhere to these guidelines accurately and don’t attempt to repair this without my instruction, nor should you install any alternative scanning software programs unless requested by me personally or another admin from this specific place.

1. Download Reimage from the link below:

-> Reimage Download

(Click on the link above and you should see a box pop-up like the one beneath. Next either just click ‘Run’ or save it and double-click it from your computer system.)

2. Once Reimage has launched it should initiate a diagnostic scan . (You’ll observe something very similar to the screenshot directly below )

3. After the scan is done, click on Fix (The cleanup can take a while, just allow it to do it’s job.)

4. As soon as the repair is completed, reboot your PC etc. (See underneath.)

thanks, ran Reimage and rebooted my Pc. The biggest symptoms have gone but I continue to get an occasional problem with Windows XP?

That’s alright. We must use another program prior to the restoration is done.

Word of caution – only use this tool after you’ve carried out a full diagnostic scan and repair with Reimage just above.

1. Download Driver Detective from below and save it to your computer.

Download Driver Detective Link

2. Install and load Driver Detective. It will ask if you would like to scan your machine, just click the ‘Scan’ button. As soon as it’s done, it will show the results of the scan; click ‘Next’ and follow the instructions to complete the repair. More detailed guidelines are found here.

3. When the software program has finished, make sure you reboot your pc.

Make sure you report back here telling me your end results!

Now that your machine is clean, to help you secure your laptop or computer in the future I suggest that you research the following programs:

Microsoft Windows Update
This should ensure your machine always has the most current security upgrades. If there are new upgrades to install, install them straight away, restart your machine, and revisit the website until there aren’t any other essential upgrades.

Spyware Doctor – to help stop trojans, spyware and malware from installing. Install Spyware Doctor.
